ALL RIDERS AND PASSENGERS MUST SIGN
THEIR OWN FORM IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE!!
If you have been arrested and convicted of the crimes of child abuse, sexual assault, or domestic violence, you are ineligible to take part in Lassen Family Services R...MAAN CAMPAIGN motorcycle ride. If you have been arrested and convicted of any of these crimes; and have successfully completed a treatment program; and have a copy of your certificate of completion; without any incidences since your completed program; you are eligible to take part in the R...MAAN ride.
In consideration of the acceptance of my participation in the R...MAAN (REAL MEN AGAINST ASSAULT NATIONALLY) ride. I, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I have or may have against Lassen Family Services Inc. I agree to hold them and their agents, employees, and officers harmless from any and all liability from having sustained death, or any personal injury or property damage in connection with this campaign ride.
Rules Of The Road:
- All riders must wear helmets if applicable or seat belts.
- Please carry identification and an emergency contact number.
- Please follow the law as it related to all vehicles, stated in the California Vehicle Code, as well as the law as it applies to any other state if applicable.
THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO OPPOSE CHILD MOLESTATION, SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE START WITH THE NOTION THAT “REAL MEN DON’T COMMIT THESE CRIMES!” I AM OPPOSED TO ANY FORM OF THE ABOVE STATED CRIMES. I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER MY SUPPORT IN THIS EFFORT BY TAKING PART IN THE R...MAAN CAMPAIGN RIDE.
